If you are one of these workers, are you aware of any hazards you may be exposed to? Exposure to certain chemicals may contribute to or cause many serious health problems such as heart ailments, central nervous system disorders, kidney and lung damage, cancer, burns, and rashes. Some chemicals may also be safety hazards and have the potential to cause fires, explosions, and other serious accidents.
