What if my computer is not able to play the DVD video?
Every PC or MAC is different, with various possibilities of conflict restricting video playback. We have found the best app (player) to use for the DVD on PC is VLC Player.
After installing the VLC Player I still am unable to play the video.
It may be helpful to install the K-Lite Codec for the program (Windows, VLC, etc.) you are using to play the video.
NOTE: National Safety Compliance is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with VLC and K-Lite Codec. Contact your IT department with any questions.

No. U.S. Copyright Laws protect the USB or DVD content against any unauthorized duplication. If you want to upload the video to your system, details can be found on our MP4/SCORM 1.2 Licensing page.
Labor Law FAQ
What are labor law posters?
Labor law posters display employment notices that are required by state and federal agencies. Failure to post required notices could result in penalties.
Who is required to display labor law posters?
Each agency has its own requirements about who needs to display their notice. Some postings require at least one employee, and some require their notice to be displayed if an employer has more than 5.
For this reason, it is recommended that any employer with at least one employee clearly display state and federal employment notices.
Note: Not all postings must be posted by all employers.
Where should labor law posters be displayed?
State and Federal notices should be clearly displayed where they are easily visible to all employees such as an employee break room.
What major changes have been made to my labor law posters?
State and federal agencies often update and change policies and the notices that display them. To see a current list of changes, visit our most recent changes page.
Are Spanish labor law posters required to be posted?
The general intent of labor law posting requirements is to communicate to employees’ various rights and information. Legally, whether to post in Spanish or not varies depending upon different state and federal agencies. If you have employees whose primary language is Spanish, it is in your best interest to post both English and Spanish posters.
When should I update or replace my labor law posters?
Employers are required to always display the most up-to-date notices.
- All labor law order customers will automatically receive email notifications when a state or federal notice has a major change. When you receive the email, click the link and purchase a new poster. This service is free.
Are my labor law posters compliant?
We guarantee any labor law poster is compliant with current state and federal employment notices at the time of purchase.
When we detect a labor law update, we determine if it is a required change. Once that is determined, we place the posters on hold and stop shipping until we have completed the change.
If you would like to check a current poster for compliance, visit our most recent changes page.
Can you customize my labor law posters?
No. To ensure the best quality and price, we do not customize our posters.
How can I keep up with changes to labor law postings?
We have 2 ways help you stay in compliance.
- All labor law order customers will automatically receive email notifications when a state or federal notice has a major change. When you receive the email, click the link and purchase a new poster. This service is free.
- Purchase our Poster Protection Plan. When a state or federal agency releases a major change to their notice, we will ship you an entirely new poster. Simply throw away the original and replace with the new poster.
What is a poster protection plan?
While your poster is guaranteed to be accurate at the time of purchase, we cannot promise a change to one of your required postings will not happen. Our one-year Poster Protection Plan offers an easy and affordable way to stay compliant throughout the year. Purchase our Poster Protection Plan option and leave the compliance to us. Simple. Easy. Compliant.
$29.95 Annually
Any time a mandatory change occurs to one of your plan-covered posters, we will ship you a free updated poster while your Poster Protection Plan is active. Simply discard the old poster and display the new one.
When will I receive my replacement poster if I have the protection plan?
Replacement posters will only be shipped to you if you have purchased the poster protection plan and a major change was made to your state or federal poster during your protection period.
