Online Training Courses
Since 2017, NSC has provided our training content in an online LMS for employers to assign training courses to employees. This works great for employers that cannot easily organize a training class with all relevant employees. It allows for the employer to assign the courses to each employee as needed and the employee take the courses when available to do so. This is still a great option for many employers and these courses can be found on our Online OSHA Training website.
Have your own LMS or intranet system?
As technology continues to advance, many employers have their own LMS or intranet system that can be used for many aspects of handling personnel and HR. It can be used for onboarding new employees, along with continuing education for on-site employees and the ever-growing population of remote workers. COVID has certainly accelerated this move toward remote workers and less in-person classroom training. The growth of LMS and the usage by employers is now becoming the norm and is likely not to slow down anytime soon. We now have available in several formats our training programs to work with your existing system. The most popular format is MP4 but we also have the courses in SCORM 1.2 compliant format. We License our programs with the signing of an agreement which will be sent for digital signature after you approve the Estimate. We have available for your reference a Sample Agreement.
