Shipping Rates and Cost
Our goal at National Safety Compliance is to process and ship your order on the same business day in order
to get it to you quickly. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout as we do not use a standard shipping
chart. We do this to prevent accidentally overcharging our customers.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping but only on orders placed through our website with a validated address.
Shipping and processing times may vary depending on order size and customs regulations. The customer is
responsible for any customs fees.
Expedited Shipping
National Safety Compliance offers expedited shipping through UPS. We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day
Air, and UPS 3 Day Select to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note, we can ship expedited to Alaska
and Hawaii, but UPS does not guarantee these shipments. During the holiday season of Thanksgiving and
Christmas, UPS typically does not guarantee any expedited shipments due to the volume of packages they
process.
Delivery Times and Shipping Methods
We process/ship packages through UPS with delivery times varying from one to five business days to the
contiguous 48 United States. Delivery times may vary for Alaska and Hawaii, typically taking seven to ten
days. Addresses that are unable to be verified may be delayed due to carrier complications. Please refrain
from using the # sign when indicating suite, floor, building, trailer, etc. so the package can be delivered in a
timely manner. During the peak holiday season, shipping may take additional time.
Shipping Restrictions
UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes, and orders will automatically be changed without notice to USPS.

be delivered in a timely manner. - The customer is responsible for any address correction fees or fees associated with packages getting
returned due to insufficient or incorrect address. - Customers are responsible for inspecting packages for accuracy and that everything is in working order
within 30 days of the invoice date. Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with
any replacements after 30 days. Replacement will be shipped via USPS for no charge, but customers
will be responsible to pay shipping if expedited shipping is requested.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please contact National Safety Compliance immediately when a package is damaged or lost so we can
promptly resolve the issue. If you happen to receive a damaged package, it is the customer’s responsibility
to hold onto all packaging and products so a claim can be filed. A replacement will be shipped out
promptly.
