Within 30 Days

We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a full refund (less any shipping cost incurred) within 30 days of shipment date - no questions asked, no restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless product was defective upon receipt by customer. Product must be in saleable condition upon return or refund will not be given. All digital and downloadable products are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days.
*NOTE: Custom products and Clearance items may not be returned.

30 Days to 1 Year

This only applies to USBs and DVDs.

If a customer wants to return a training USB/DVD after 30 days but before one year has passed, we will provide an exchange of the same product. Customer will bear the cost of returning the product to us and pay for shipping of the replacement. We will not exchange the product for a different product or title. We can exchange the same training topic for a different format. For example: Customer bought a DVD but now wants a USB. Once they ship the DVD back to us, we will send them a USB. The customer does not have one year from the date of the new shipment to exchange the USB. The original ship date time frame stays in effect.Limitation on Warranty and Remedies. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, we warrant that our product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, we will replace the product with an exchange of the same product. Any replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty. We reserve the right to modify this warranty statement at any time, in our sole discretion. We will honor any such warranty only as long as the invoice for the product is paid in full.

1 Year to 2 Years

This only applies to DVDs and USBs.

Customers will be allowed to exchange (not return) a USB/DVD that we have updated or one which has become damaged for a fee equal to 1/2 the current price of the same titled training program. We will not exchange for a different title. We do not allow returns on products over 30 days.

Exchanges will only be accepted if done within two years of the original purchase date.

After two years from the purchase date, customers will need to purchase a new program. There will be no discounts.

Shipping must be charged for all exchanges. The customer will need to ship the damaged or old product back to us. Once we have the product, we will then ship the new product to them. The customer is responsible for the shipping to send the new product to them.
